I wanted to take the time to personally thank you for such a wonderful cohort and experience the past few weeks! I deeply apologize i spent a portion of our time ill (I was just diagnosed yesterday with Whooping cough of all things!) so I appreciate your grace when i needed to have my camera off or attend a doctors appointment. I think for me the biggest and best takeaway was the spilling the candy one sheeter document that you shared as an example that had such helpful information in it as a succinct document to share with a prospective franchisee so that they know the timeline and the process!

I also really enjoyed getting to further explore the DISC assessment and how that could be used to read prospective franchisees communication style with body language and social cues as well as the time it may take them to absorb the information.
