Nothing contained on the Sites grants or implies any license or right to use any TES trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law; Venue

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites shall be brought exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut. By using the Sites, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified and construed in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose while rendering it valid and enforceable.
